Good reviews! The river view suite is very large. If you book breakfast, room service will be provided directly to your bedside. When you check in, there is a female receptionist who speaks excellent English and has no communication barriers. Her attitude is also very nice. It is the most comfortable experience in these few days in Russia! Please find Gate 3 for check-in and the door will be opened by pressing the intercom. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor and you can see it when you get off the elevator. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Red Square. The location is great!
