Сейчас бронирую данный отель второй раз на март. Устроило все и чистота, и месторасположение и обслуживание, вежливость персонала и отличные завтраки. Из минусов морально устаревшее оформление номера. Но плюсы отеля в моем случае перекрывают данный недостаток. Мужу понравилась сауна. Мне как человеку с ограничениями в питании, было что выбрать на завтрак и остаться сытой. Из пожеланий: предложить на завтрак альтернативное растительное молоко для гостей с непереносимостью молочных продуктов.

The hotel has a nice location on a quiet street. The rooms are equipped well, but the furniture and bathrooms are a bit worn out. And what I've never seen before — you have to ask at the reception for a separate key from a minibar! The breakfast is fine, and includes also sparkling wine, a nice selection of fruits, snacks and warm dishes. The hotel also has a sauna and little pool, but it opens only at 12:00 and closes at 22:00, what is not very convenient.

Отель хороший, отлично расположен, бывала здесь ранее, но ужасное отношение к клиентам. Никогда больше не выберу этот отель! Я приехала в день заселения, собираясь провести здесь свой выходной день. Я оплатила номер на стойке регистрации и буквально через 5 минут мне написали с работы, попросили срочно приехать. И этот отель ОТКАЗАЛСЯ вернуть мне деньги! Я не заселялась в номер, т.к. приехала ранее часа заселения и номера были не готовы. Я не пользовалась услугами отеля. Я никак не ожидала, что в таком приличном отеле может произойти такая неприятная ситуация. цены на проживание в данном в отеле совсем немаленькие и я надеялась, что клиенты важны, во всех отелях ценят каждого клиента. Форс мажоры случаются у каждого и я думала, что в подобных ситуациях люди входят в положение других, сочувствуют Жаль, что этот отель исключение! В следующий раз выберу другой отель!

Удобное расположение около Павелецкого вокзала, чисто, уютно, комфортно. 5 баллов из 5 ))) в номерах есть все необходимое. Вежливый персонал, приветливые сотрудники, что очень важно!! Есть хорошие завтраки, возможность организовать трансфер на другие вокзалы, в аэропорт

Стильный отель, вкусные завтраки. В номере в целом все хорошо, сантехника в порядке. Есть чайник. По запросу принесли в номер дополнительную воду. Удивил номер «люкс». Ничего люксового в нем нет, кроме разве что большой ванны. Особенно удивили пакетики «кофе 3 в 1». Даже как-то неловко об этом писать, но в отелях 4* в России в номера люкс обычно ставят кофе-машины. Основная беда - система вентиляции. В номере душно, вентиляция в жаркий день не справляется. Окна открыть можно, но когда на улице жара - это не помогает.

Отель хороший, удобное расположение. Вежливый персонал. Мягкая и удобная кровать. Все было хорошо и замечательно. Но....мы решили посетить бассейн. Это конечно одно название - бассейн, по сути это маленький лягушатник 2х5. Самое главное не в размере, а в безопасности. Ступени очень скользкие. Когда мы заходили туда девушка предупредила, что упала. Выходя из бассейна я помня это предупреждение спускалась очень осторожно. Но в какой миг моя нога подскользнулась и я всем боком проехала по ступеням. Ушибла ногу, а приехав домой увидела огромные синяки на руке и теле. Неужели нельзя подстелить резиновые коврики на ступени для безопасности посетителей?
