Best mid price hotel in Moscow. Fantastic location, 10 minutes walk from Red Square and the Line 2 Metro. Great staff, super helpful. Big rooms, clean, well equipped. Luggage storage is free. Lots of bars and supermarkets close. Perfect, I stay there every time I’m in Moscow

The hotel building has a lot of historical and cultural heritage. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk lady is beautiful, kind and helpful. She treats customers warmly and thoughtfully. Even if we don't speak the language, she can patiently use translation software to provide help. When I was looking for an ATM, she told me the specific location. Later, when I learned that my bank card failed to withdraw money, she told me the location of the foreign currency exchange point. After checking out, she also provided free luggage storage and helped me call a taxi. I feel very lucky because of their help. I will book this hotel again in advance when I come to Moscow again one day later.

The rooms are average, slightly old, and the entire floor is being renovated. The best thing is that the location is perfect. The waiter silently put my iPad into my schoolbag as if it had not happened after I broke it. He didn't find out until I left. The room facilities are very old, but fortunately they are well maintained and relatively clean. There are not many choices for breakfast. Needless to say, the location is right next to Golden Apple, a high-end supermarket and several 24-hour convenience stores. There are not many restaurants next to it but they taste very good.
