The bestest pillow too soft and comfortable.. clean neat and tidy .. was having bad day and felt better after relaxing on it .. will surely visit again .. number of pillows were too good and all were clean and smelling good .. must visit again .. u too visit

Отель для очень непритязательных туристов, находится в спальном районе среди жилых домов. До ВДНХ пешком 15-20 минут дворами. На двоих взрослых и 7 летнего ребенка забронировала номер -студия 38 м кв , размещение до 4 человек. На фото была кровать и диван. Плюс был забронирован номер на одну ночь, т к один человек приезжал на сутки раньше. Заезжала в отель вечером в темноте, кружили долго с таксистом, непонятно куда заезжать, пока не позвонила в отель, найти сами заезд не смогли . Отель расположен в глубине жилых дворов. Попросила показать мне второй номер, который на троих человек, выяснилось, что там только одна кровать, а третий человек должен спать на раскладушке!На вопрос-а если бы как у вас указано размещение требовалось для 4 человек, ответ-2 раскладушки! Это обман и ввод в заблуждение, если заявлено размещение до 4 человек, в номере должно быть 4 спальных места. Спросила могу ли я отказаться от брони и съехать в другой отель, ответили , что можно и оплаченные деньги за 4 ночи вернут. Номера очень простые, кровать в номере Престиж 140 см с самым дешевым матросом и дубовыми ватными подушками. Завтраки в принципе нормальные-несъедобный порошковый омлет, блины, нарезка какая-то. Ну а еще утром обнаружилась вишенка на торте- вид из окна на кладбище! Фото прилагаю, но это вид с 8 этажа, полагаю с этажей пониже это выглядит гораздо эпичнее. Если совсем негде поселиться , и можете спать на набитых ватой подушках и продавленных матрасах, а так же вид на кладбище не пугает, наверно можно и в этом отеле ночевать, но если привыкли к нормальным отелям, лучше поискать что-то поприличнее. Кстати, деньги мне так и не вернули до сих пор с 3 марта, на сообщения отель не отвечает! Забронировала этот отель, потому что повелась на хорошие отзывы. Но кто их пишет догадаться несложно. Не рекомендую никому!
