Very cold rooms, radiators do not cope considering that it is -8 degrees outside. Very small rooms, in the superior room the bed is 1.5 m at most. We asked to bring glasses to the room, and for this they asked 300 rubles 🤦🏻♂️😂Only the location of the hotel saved us from negativity.

I read reviews about the service and was expecting the worst. But everything turned out to be very decent. They checked us in earlier than expected. The girls at the reception were friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything you need is there. The location is great!

In the center of Moscow, it is very suitable for walking and traveling, and the breakfast is very rich! But the only drawback is that the room is facing the road outside and it is on the ground floor, so it is still quite noisy.

When we came there was no vale to take our luggage. We take the biggest room and the bed was queen size not king., room size is small. Bed linen never changed in 5 days of our stay, and i understand it because they was dirty. Breakfast was poor and the streets are very loud and when you have them closed everything you can hear…

We stayed at this very hotel for 3 nights, our experience turned out like this - (ranked from bad to terrible: 0. Although the hotel is still quite new, the standard room is super small, the restroom is not just small, it is mini miniature, there is not enough space even to stand. There is no shower room only one thin glass wall (about 30 centimeters) separates the nook for shower from the toilet. 1. The room was poorly cleaned upon check-in; hair from previous guests was left in the bathroom; they forgot to provide us with toothbrushes. (the photos are looks like renderings, not the same as real room ) 2. In 4 days they never changed our towels or bed linen. 3. The room was cleaned once, but it consisted of replenishing miniatures in the bathroom, taking out the trash and adding 2 bottles of water. 4. On Sunday morning, at 11 am, after knocking, knowing that there were guests inside, the cleaning lady opened the door with her own key, putting us in an awkward position, because we were still sleeping. She was asked to leave... So she decided not to clean the room at all. 5. We reported the problem to the reception, no one even thought to apologize, instead they said that the hotel policy is that without a 'do not disturb sign', after knocking, the cleaning lady can barge into the room whenever she wants. ... In total, this was the first hotel from the Hilton family that we visited and we will not take this risks any more by checking in into this group of hotels. Was there anything good? Yes. - a restaurant at the hotel is like another world. Good service, friendly staff, the menu is not large, but the food is decent, thanks to the manager of the restaurant, he seems to be the only one who knows how to organize work in the whole building. Two stars, not one, only because of the restaurant.

Excellent hotel, breakfasts are great, a wide range. My room was on the 7th floor with a view of the city. We just fell in love with this window! Stylish design, cool pillows and mattress. We slept well before the road! Thanks to the hotel staff for quickly resolving the situation with additional bath accessories

The hotel itself is ideally located, within walking distance (3 min) to Arbat, new, stylishly decorated, good breakfast, delicious, enough of everything, but there are many buts ... which put me in a slight shock, and first of all it is the staff, I have rarely met such unfriendly, the girls at the reception greet me every other time (despite the fact that if I passed by and did not greet them first, they would not even look in my direction!) When checking in on August 26, the girl at the reception gave me a key to the room, but when I went up to my floor I could not enter the room, because the key did not work, I had to go back down, to be honest I was already on the verge of heat, and I just wanted to get into the room faster, to which the girl told me that most likely the lock was discharged, and now a technician will come up to me, and I can go back, but naturally the technician did not appear immediately, fortunately there was a cleaning staff on the floor, and they let me in. After entering the room, about 10 minutes passed, I didn’t understand what was wrong with my lock, and whether I could even settle down in the room comfortably, rest, I decided to call and clarify, to which the girl answered me that the technician had already been and fixed everything for me, I told her - I can’t know about this, you could have at least warned that he was there, to which the girl said very unfriendly that in fact the technician has a lot of work, and he has no time, why was this said, I still don’t understand, in principle I didn’t care what the technician was doing, the main thing was that my door worked, and I could calmly leave later and then return. Also questions about the toiletries that should be in the room, but they were not, in particular the cosmetic set, which in principle I needed, since I did not have my own cotton pads, and then I saw a piece of cardboard on which it was written if you do not have these items, you can contact the staff and they will bring them to you, but why should I contact them if I am already standing in the bathroom, and these items are not there, why should I look for them throughout the hotel‍♀️ in general, I liked the hotel itself, but there are many, many questions about the service
