Was very difficult to find the hotel, great location but doesn’t give you a hotel vibe. No irons in the room , you have to go to a different floor to a public ironing room to get your clothes ironed. They did offer me a shattaf for both rooms which was awesome.
I was told there’s no storage room to keep my luggage for two days -as I was traveling to St. Petersburg-. But when I was about to leave I found that there is indeed a storage room, but was not offered it when I asked. So I changed my booking to a different hotel on my return to Moscow , who happily kept my luggage with them until I retuned.

看攜程評論定的，中國人住的挺多的，位置還可以，打掃不及時，酒店周邊吃的很多，前面網友説的Frank烤豬肋排店味道還行，服務員瞧不起中國人，用俄語叫了五次二十分鐘不來買單，終於來了就拿手機給看漢語要小費，非常差！沒有定有早飯的，按前面網友建議在超市吃的！
