Amazing experience and service. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the staff members Josephine was super helpful in helping me arrange an airport pickup, along with the driver. Would 100% recommend staying there. Good vibes too.

We stayed two nights prior to klimbing Kilimanjaro. Ok hotel, nice but nothing remarkable. However, 60-90 min from order to serving a simple dinner when the restaurant is not even 1/3 full is simply too long. Same slow service both nights. The first night we even changed our order as the waitress said the first dish we asked about took long to prepare.

This hotel is used a lot by people who want or have climbed the Kilimanjaro. And to me that gives it a good atmosphere. Because there are also people travelling solo, it is easy to make contact and have a nice conversation. The quality of the hotel and rooms and food is absolutely fine. Only the water of the swimming pool was not in balance because my hair got a green colour. Which I removed at home with baking soda.

Panama Garden Resort did a great job hosting my 13 person mission team. The rooms were great. The staff is excellent. The food was delicious. This is my go to hotel for teams. I also love staying here on my own when I am in Moshi. They are always willing to work with me.

This is the perfect place to stay before and after Kili, super clean rooms l stayed in the cottage room 503, exceptional service with friendly staff, great pool and restaurant, l will defenatly stay here again when l come back again to Tanzania.

Great experience staying in this hotel before and after hiking Kilimanjaro, Excellent location, friendly staff and they are very attentive,clean room and the service was excellent, we are very happy and much appreciated being served by them, we will choose this place again when we visit moshi.

It was our first night in Africa after traveling for over 18 hours and we were delighted to stay overnight in the comfortable and clean rooms at Panama Garden Resort in Moshi. We were in our own little bungalow building. The shower and room facilities were good. The small bar area was perfect for a quick drink and dinner. Breakfast offered a variety and each of us were able to find something we liked. It wasn't a busy time and service was prompt.
