必須差評 入住以後半夜熱醒了 沒窗户 沒空調 給客服打電話 態度特別差 我的訴求很簡單就是要不給我拿空調遙控器 要不就換個涼快點的房間 就是不行 後來我説把老闆電話給我我去協調 直接給我掛了電話 態度很差

差差差簡直無語了。我一共住了三天房，第一天到那大概後半夜兩三點鐘，是個公寓沒前台，網上看説是掃碼，進去找了半天不知道掃啥，後來沒辦法打電話問的，當時還覺得挺不好意思的，後半夜給人弄醒了，➕的微信，告訴我的密碼。然後進屋收拾完上廁所馬桶就是堵的，當時就想着這個時間了就別打電話了，第二天打了電話説馬桶堵了，然後又打微信問我是不是抽煙了是不是往馬桶裏扔紙了，看我截圖。這是一件事，第二件事，我早上出門特意告訴打掃衞生阿姨幫我換洗漱用品，結果晚上回來沒給拿牙刷，還説阿姨下班了，她離着也太遠了明天給送，又怪我沒發微信跟她説？這個東西還用説麼？你過來打掃衞生難道洗漱用品不需要補充嗎？我這是住了3天，要是來新的客人沒有牙刷難道你讓人家明天一起刷牙嗎？第三件事，就是當天退房的早上五點多停電了，因為空調突然關了我就醒了，起來又打開，大概二十分鐘左右又自己關了，我當時以為是空調設定了時間，以為開的時間太久了，就繼續睡覺了，直到七點多我又醒了準備手機充電，發現是停電了，當時聯繫了她，她説不知道怎麼回事，説讓阿姨過來看看，結果阿姨來了又怎麼樣呢，連一句抱歉都沒説，當時我還説這咋整？我手機充電寶都沒充電呢。也沒人搭理我，然後知道我退房屋裡都是拿着手機照亮洗漱的。從五點多到12點退房這期間不但沒給我補償，連一句抱歉的話都沒説。反而是不知情的情況下，説通馬桶扣我50塊錢！！！服務次的要命，做生意做成你這樣估計也快倒閉了。真是，想住的朋友們，擦亮你們的眼睛，找着茬扣按金！！！

酒店整體環境還可以，就是牆紙有點爛了，價格還可以，掃碼賓館的這種方式，還是挺新穎的！

隔音太差了，基本上就是一宿沒睡，整體條件和價位成正比，就是隔音差！！！！！！！！建議還是整改一下吧，要不真沒有回頭客了😓

優點:1.地理位置好，離醫學院很近2.因為是新建立的，設施比較新，淋浴設備水力很足3.窗簾的遮光性較好，沒電視，有投影，但是投影沒有幕布，所以有點糊4.沒有前台，密碼鎖開門，隱匿性較好，電梯需要自己找一下缺點：1.新建立的，沒有空調！！！！！2.淋浴間沒有乾濕分離，廁所沒有換氣扇3.屋內屋外均沒有地毯，走路都可以聽見，牆的隔音效果也不太好4.沒有一次性拖鞋，但是那個防滑拖鞋也還不錯超時會扣錢，家人們注意離開酒店時間～
