The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников отеля — очень грамотные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Такое отношение встречается нечасто и очень ценно!
Единственное, что немного удивило, — каменный стол в номере. Выглядит необычно, возможно, не самое практичное решение.

"This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!"

The Christmas tree at the hotel entrance was beautiful, and the lobby was filled with a Christmas atmosphere. David and Liddy at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic in their service. They even gave me a bottle of hot water because it was chilly. Amanda patiently explained the gym to me when I asked. The sofas in the lobby were soft, the carpet was comfortable, and the complimentary sweet and sour candies were delicious. The barley tea at the front desk smelled wonderful. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete facilities. It was a stay that exceeded my expectations."

Next, the room: the environment was very nice, the facilities were clean and tidy, and my child loved it. The hotel service was excellent; the two ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive. Since it was my first time in Mudanjiang, I asked them for recommendations on nearby restaurants, and I didn't find any disappointing ones. It was fantastic! I'll definitely choose Hanting again next time I'm in Mudanjiang."

For someone like me who uses Mudanjiang as my base and takes the high-speed rail to go out every day, it is very important to live near the train station. You can check the time to take the train and get off the train to the hotel. It is comfortable. The front desk sent breakfast, which is very considerate. The only flaw is that Mudanjiang has been warming up in the past two days. The room is 28 degrees, but the air conditioner does not have cold air. The hotel said that it has just warmed up and the air conditioner is not ready, so they sent a fan."
