A very large room with a comfortable bed Not too far from the Railway Station.

Nice hotel to visit for solo traveller. The price is affordable and the location is strategic.

The buffet breakfast is not disappointing, variety of dishes available. The latte is really good (not included in the breakfast package).

Booked the hotel for one night as a stop over place when arriving in Indonesia. I arrived by taxi, and the next day caught the train. I chose this hotel due to the location near the train station. It was easy for me to walk to the train station, though the traffic is very busy and not always stable footpaths - it was ok for me as I had a backpack though would not be very walkable for someone with bigger luggage. I stayed again for one night when returning by train, then flying out of the country. Hotel was nice, staff friendly. On my first night I arrived late in the evening and was able to get vegetarian food from room service. On my 2nd night I ate out in the shopping mall that is located next to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there was a bath tub. Also, I liked that there were no plastic bottles of water; each room has a jug and you get water from the dispenser in the corridor. I did not have time to try out the swimming pool. The restaurant has a morning breakfast buffet with a selection of Asian and Western style food options, including having some items made to order...you can fill up for the day.

Great location in the center of the city, cleanliness must be improve because i found little bug under the bed.. breakfast has varieties and taste quite good. No hairdryer in the room, but maybe should ask the staff to borrow but not sure because i didn't ask them. I booked family room with 3 bed

Very enjoyable, even though I only stayed for 1 hour because there was a wedding event in a building near the hotel, just walking distance. I like the hotel, it's clean and comfortable...with a city view. Worth it for that price in the middle of the city..love it!!!

Location was perfect, walking distance to the famous Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall as well. Staffs were very friendly, polite, and attentive. Kudos for them. Building was indeed a bit old and outdated, however it gives a nostalgic feeling of the past and actually I like it. I just wish that the aircon could be slightly colder (I like cold, maybe for others it's good enough for them, ymmv). Breakfast was decent, with different buffet menu every day. Overall it was a solid stay! Thank you.

Under 300K across from TP1. Really a value buy! Want to eat, walk, cultural center, shopping, all walking distance. The compact size of the room is not a problem at all, as long as all the facilities are clean. That's enough!

3rd time staying in Morazen whenever i landed in Surabaya , and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view from my room. Breakfast was ok with a great variety of options. Overall, I had a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
