Hotel good vibe, food is good, staff good and close to restaurant, very good to stay with reasonable peice

I always liked Swiss Bel. SURABAYA Manyar can improve. Breakfast they were clearly shorthanded.。couldn't find staff when needed and also the food was cold and not replenished in timely manner. Was a disappointment . When i went to the pool in evening, it was occupied with big group of guys and it was clear i was not going to be able to even swim. It's a lap pool but I think many take it as s giant group jacuzzi. Again, no sign of stsff around. Otherwise nice bed and room is good size.

Requested for a cot and Novella and team made it happen. They even customized a small tent for our son to play in. I'm really impressed by their service level and the quality of stay. Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

Semua baik. Udh langganan. Kamar bersih. Bisa akses kolam renang. Minus nya cm 1, receptionist nya ga 24 jam. Mungkin bs improve spy receptionist nya jaga 24 jam.

Menginap untk pertama kalinya di Alimar hotel karena dekat dengan kampus C Unair. Mendapat kamar yang bagus viewnya yaitu arah Kampus Unair. Kebersihan dan fasilitas cukup bagus, petugas ramah, hanya sarapan sangat sedikit menunya.

Honest yes. Weve sometimes got a nice room. It means cold ac. It just so happens that the air conditioner isn't cold, can't change the room, the plugs are enough for the refrigerator and TV. There's no cable. There is no connection plug. There is no doormat. Ask to fix the air conditioner too, can't. I swear I don't want to put it on 307. It's bad.
