Vignesh served us so well that it was delicious food served with lots of love He is more proactive in his approach and made our dinner lively The ambiance is very nice and gives soothing experience.

Our stay was perfect. Shrikanth, Namira, Pooja, Nagesh and the rest of the service team were exceptional and took detailed care that the room was comfortable and clean and felt like a luxurious Taj experience. The Qmin café and culinary team managed by Khitish, provided a great experience from the first night of getting to the hotel till the last morning of checkout. I had pre-ordered food for the first night since I was getting into the hotel at 2 AM and they delivered perfectly with a delicious meal kept ready for us in a hot case in the room. All of the dining staff from Qmin did a great job whether we dined in our room or in the café itself. Vikas and Bignesh were mostly our waitstaff during the trip and they took detailed care to help us with our orders by providing attentive service to our special needs. Also a thanks to the IT help from Nachiket in the business center for accommodating with a large xerox copy that I needed. A perfect experience from start to finish and hope to stay here for a longer stay next time. Thank you!
