The hotel is very nice next to the metro line U3. Beautifully furnished, clean with unlimited views. BUT. BUT. BUT. The pillows are awful, low and big making it difficult to sleep. I also asked 3 employees from the reception if I could park and how to pay for the Parking which is in a public space next to the hotel and no one knew how to answer me. Of course he is not obliged to know but I believe that I am not the only customer who asks and it would be good for the hotel management to know and inform them.

Good staff and location. only 400 minutes walk from Munich HBF. Bed was very comfy. Staff was helpful and change the bigger room for us when they saw we have children. Free watter bottle in room is really good and hard to find in the city. We were at 5 stars hotel in Munich, but there is no bottle of water for free and very less hotel amenties.
If I would recommend, I will recommend to improve the variety of breakfast only.
