"The room is smaller compared to the other H2 hotels ive stayed during this trip. There is not enough space for both my daughter and i to open both luggages and we had to move some of the furniture to fully open our luggages. I found some stain on the toilet bowl. Location is quite off and was saved by a mall about 5 min down. Breakfast variety also seem lacking compared to my previous stay in other H2. This is a no frill accomodation and for the price , overall is still value for money. Staff is wonderful :) which make up for many of the shortcomings"

"We stayed for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was especially nice, with a large and comfortable shower area. There were a few small details missing that you might expect from a five-star hotel, such as a toothbrush, slippers, and a water kettle in the room. However, this was not a major issue for a short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Great amenities- The room included a microwave, an electric kettle, and tableware. The hotel contains a small gym, washers/dryers, and a bar. It was an enjoyable stay compared to the price. However, the location is a bit far from the Munich central station and the nearby station is 10 minutes away on foot."

"It was clean and they folded your clothes for you. But the quilt was a little short. Aren't foreigners quite tall? I'm 166cm tall and I think it's OK. There is also a 1 meter ✖️1 meter pillow. I don't understand why it is so big. There are two beds in the room. The layout is quite reasonable. Even though the room is small, there is enough space. The empty space in the middle can be used to spread out 3 suitcases. The hot water is very big, very comfortable, and comes quickly! The mirror in the bathroom is a little high, I can only see my head 🥲. The surrounding environment is very good and the air is fresh. There is also a free sauna, but I was a little embarrassed and didn't go."

"Convenient location, 500m walk to central train station. Flixbus station is just one station away from central train station. Many eateries and supermarket in surrounding the surrounding No aircond, fan is provided. It is end Autumn so u have cold air when u open the window. I checked in late and was given a bigger upgraded room, TQ!"

"Room is comfortable. Near main train station within walking distance. Nice food around the hotel, convenient stores next to hotel. One thing not so good is the cleaning staff on one of the days took our empty cans and bottles left purposely aside in a paper bag. We wanted to exchange for cash ourselves in the convenience stores."

"The standard room wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and tidy, with soft bedding and a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also quite hearty, with fresh bread, sausages, and yogurt. After a full meal, I had just enough energy to spend the whole day at the beer festival."

"There's a laundromat about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. The airport bus to Munich is also within a 10-minute walk. It's a great base for getting around, so I'd definitely recommend it. Checking in via QR code was super fast, which I loved. Our room required us to step outside briefly to get to it, but it wasn't a hassle at all. There are a few steps to climb before you reach the elevator. That might be a bit much for some people, though. The room key is a card key, but I found it quite hard to open the door, even after pulling the handle down multiple times (and I'm a woman). My male companion opened it easily, so it seems you just need to put some force into it. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The shower pressure was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine."

"The customer service has been very good. When we got in the room, the air conditioning was not working well then we asked to change the room and the staff understood the situation and very quickly we had a new room. Transportation is very easy to go downtown with the bus stop very close of the hotel. We would come back again if we travel again in this area. Gilles"

It has a lot of rooms, and it's super convenient because you can walk directly from the subway station to the hotel through an underground passage, as long as you take the correct exit. This means you don't have to brave the cold outside. The rooms are a typical European size, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel lobby has various facilities, though the convenience store is a bit pricey. However, just outside the hotel's underground passage, you'll find various supermarkets that have everything you could need, which is really handy."
