The hotel lobby has various facilities, though the convenience store is a bit pricey. However, just outside the hotel's underground passage, you'll find various supermarkets that have everything you could need, which is really handy."

"Apart from other things, my backpack and computer were stolen in the hotel lobby. I checked the surveillance camera and saw the thief. It was useless to call the police. It was very annoying. I will never come here again. The security is too bad."

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to both the subway and bus stations, making it super convenient to get to the city center. There are also supermarkets and bakeries nearby, which is really handy. I highly recommend it!"

"We have a room with balcony facing the garden so it was quiet at night. The only problem we faced was pushing our heavy luggages from subway station to hotel that took us about 10mins on rough paths. Breakfast was good and we got our breakfast to go on our checkout day as we had to take an early morning train."

"Two adults and one child, with our 5-year-old. We booked a standard double room with breakfast for two, and our child ate for free. The room was a bit small and the facilities were quite basic, but breakfast was decent. The biggest plus is its convenient location. Right outside the hotel, there's the Lufthansa Airport Express, which runs every 20 minutes. It costs 13 euros one-way for adults, and our 5-year-old traveled free. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport. For city attractions, Marienplatz is only about a 15-minute walk away. There's also a Subway, McDonald's, and even a Decathlon nearby. The location is absolutely fantastic."

"At this budget hotel, someone knocked on our door at 10 AM. When we didn't respond for a few seconds, they just swiped their master key and entered, saying they needed to clean the room and then asking if I was checking out. This was absolutely unbelievable! The hotel also has a car park, but it costs 10 Euros. So, I decided to park right outside on the street. I left at 11 AM the next day and thankfully didn't get a fine. They said parking was free on the hotel's side where there were white lines, but I parked on the unmarked side of the street opposite the hotel. Breakfast costs extra. On the ground floor, there's also a restroom and a self-service convenience store."

"The hotel is new and staff is friendly. The room is pretty standard neat and clean . First time at this location . They have breakfast for a reasonable charge . You could take airport shuttle to the hotel from Munich airport for free . A 10 euro per person charge if you departing from the hotel to the airport."

"Room was clean but a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids, sliver of walking space after the sofa bed was set up. Location was alright. Right next to the Museum. About 25 minutes walk to Marienplatz. Customer service was average. The sofa bed was not set up upon arrival, a housekeeping supervisor I met outside my room helped me with that. There was no special arrangements even though I mentioned in my booking that it was my son's birthday. Pool is cold, sauna is nice."
