The location is excellent as it is just next to the Main train station ( but the areas around the station are quite shabby).
The high-floor room I was given was spotless with a good view overlooking the city ( in front of the station ).
The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection of food.
I first came here more than 10 years ago and I still found the lobby and the room look renovated and modern.
I will stay here again if I go to Munchen in the future.

Very comfortable stay literally opposite the train station. Super convenient to get around. Service staff were excellent. Hospitality also good

Hotel had all the necessities and was just beside Munich main train station. Very easy to get to from the airport and for onwards travel.

Totally it was superb to stay here. Great in location with reasonable cost. WIFI is free and good quality as usual. Nearby central train station is good for looking for something to eat and travel . The only my concern here is too much with unknown people in front of hotel due to the location is nearby train station.

Friendly staff. - Helped with luggage when there was no porter on duty that day. Able to communicate well in English. Gave suggestions on where to eat or drink or buy groceries.
Clean rooms. - Receive room in good order and allowed late check out.
The only negative part is that there is no hotel parking. Parking was at another building that is 5 mins walk away with horrendous car park lots. Small and ramp up the car park is tight.

NH Hotel review
- Trash can was half full already when got to room, wasn't cleaned out
- Front desk service was extremely slow and only one counter open. When they see that there is a long line then the front desk service staff should try to be quicker, don't chat around slowly.
- Only 5-6 tissues left in tissue box. Not good.
- Light beside bed too bright
- Bathroom mirror very good
- Television no channels working. We called to ask and they said "no channels working today". In modern day germany?!
- Location is close to train station and DM. But it's not a great area of the city.

Very nice hotel with high standards very clean enough space with perfect location close to every where by walking , coffee machine in the room which for me it’s a plus and good quality breakfast,
