We really enjoyed the staff the most. On top of that they facility, location cleanliness were excellent.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. The price is 270 euros a day, but there is no hotel lobby. There are stairs as soon as you enter the door. You need to carry heavy luggage and climb 18 steps to reach the old elevator. The room is very small and the sleeping experience is extremely poor. The quilt is small, short and not breathable. It can cover your shoulders but not your feet. It is very hot with the quilt, but very cold without the quilt. In addition, the pillow is like a soft cushion, and it is uncomfortable no matter how you use it. The breakfast is extremely monotonous and the quality is also average. The front desk staff always had a dark face when checking in. Although we were very polite, the other party was always indifferent. In short, this hotel is strongly not recommended.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Because the unscrupulous agent maliciously booked the wrong room, we wasted a lot of time. Fortunately, the front desk helped and the overseas customer service solved the problem, and we had a pleasant experience afterwards.
