About a 5min walk from Munich East Station, where many connections are available. Few stops from Marienplatz and the old town. Service was warm but not special; though the lady on the day of my departure was delightful. Room was spacious with a kitchenette, bathroom was large and well lit with good lighting. TV was smart with apps. However, cooking ware could be a bit cleaner (dusty/sticky), and towels took a long time to be delivered to the room. Note that the laundry room also does not provide detergent, which you need to get yourself. Luckily, at least 2 supermarkets are right downstairs. Breakfast was delicious but lacked variety and remained exactly the same over 3 days. Overall good for a quick stay if you need a comfortable place to rest and will be out most of the time.

Breakfast is included, and there is a simple kitchen with dishwashing liquid. You can make an appointment with the front desk for room cleaning, which is done every two days (you can choose daily or no cleaning). It is close to the station and there are two supermarkets on the left side of the gate, which is really convenient.

The overall experience of this hotel is very satisfactory. Very quiet, with decent views. The room is large and well-equipped. The bath water is hot and the room is warm.
The front desk service is good and will help deliver food to the room.

The location is 6-10 minutes' walk from Munich East Station. It is very convenient if you take the airport S8, and it is only 3-4 stops to get to Marienplatz.
