As I arrived early in the morning, I went to leave my luggage there and was allowed to check in at 10am.
I was also allowed to have breakfast before check-in. It was a very comfortable stay.

部屋のテレビが機能せず、滞在中一度も見れませんでした。

They ripped me off. I was charged for 4 nights, when I should have been charged for one night. They have a no refund policy which I understood when I had to cancel my one night reservation. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refused to acknowledge their error and were rude as well.
