Very good location with the central train station just opposite. But it's a very basic hotel with just the bare minimum. Reception service at the beginning wasn't too friendly too. Not for fussy travellers.

The hotel’s service and location are excellent, and the cleanliness is also acceptable. However, there are quite a few homeless people in the surrounding area, which makes it a bit unsettling at night. In the evenings and afternoons, there are often sounds of arguments involving homeless people and drunk individuals. While the hotel itself is great, the surrounding environment can be somewhat off-putting...
By the way, the hotel doesn’t provide a kettle, slippers, or toiletries like toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

I would recommend this hotel. If you come from Munich Airport you can take Lufthansa Express Bus and the bus will stop in front of the hotel. This hotel have a good area. The breakfast so nice it worth it to select the room with breakfast. The hotel have 7 floors but have elevator just 6th floor. If you got 7th floor need to walking a bit more by stairs.

Nice hotel near Hauptbahnhof. Great for early trains. Staff is very kind breakfast is good, especially I liked different types of yougurt. Recommended!

No water in the room. No kettle. Not enough light in the room. Shower water pressure not enough. Location is good. There is all Lufthansa express to the airport directly in front of the hotel.

Very good stay, had no problems. Location is excellent and anyone who wishes to go to Allianz Arena can come back late as well as it’s very near to the central station (3 min walk) and the front desk is 24/7

Good location but you get what you pay. Bed mattress very poor and soft. Breakfast buffet but very simple.
Nice staff and good WiFi. Unfortunately not minibar in the room. However I would come back

The front desk staff are awesome. Real friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. It was not clean and had a lot of calcium buildup. It’s simple to clean with running some vinegar through the brewing cycle and then running a couple cycles with fresh water.
