זה לא מלון זה מקסימום הוסטל , רחוק מאוד מהעיר ואין מה לעשות באיזור , החדרים ממש קטנים ולא נעימים , לא מחלפים מגבות אלא רק אם מבקשים ולא ממלאים מה שנגמר . המחיר גבוהה ולא מצדיק לשלם כ"כ הרבה בשביל הוסטל This is not a hotel, it's more of a hostel, very far from the city and there's nothing to do in the area, the rooms are really small and not comfortable, they don't change towels except if you ask and they don't refill what's gone. The price is high and doesn't justify paying so much for a hostel.

Because we were 40 minutes late for check-out, a lady at the reception (presumably the owner) took our bags and refused to return them unless we paid money to the cleaning staff. When we refused, she called the police and threw us out. Very disappointing service.

Location of the hotel is amazing. You get a chance to stay right in the center of the city, with a lot of good "non-touristic" restaurants nearby. Atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Rooms are quite big and clean. Breakfast has everything you might want. The owner is very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel for both work and leisure trips. The hotel was clean, but we had a theft and a breakage in our room while we were out. My hair straighteners were broken on the floor (and I had left them on the bedside table), and a necklace and (bizarrely) my partner’s trousers were stolen. We were told that the cost of the hair straighteners would be reimbursed by the hotel’s insurance. I gave them all the details and have chased the hotel 3 times via email with no response or reimbursement. A really negative experience for us. Shower was warm at least!

Absolutely not recommendable. We booked 2 premium double rooms in this hotel for the only reason of having air conditioning in the rooms but we found none of this in both rooms that we booked. ********** helped us through this problem but the hotel denied partial refund. We were given a coupun by **********, thanks for all your help. but if we knew we would have booked another hotel. Also we had a problem with hot water. We showered with cold water for 3 days out of 4. When we complained we were told that they have checked it and found no problems. But then they told us that maybe the hot water has been used up. Bathroom sink of room 113 was blocked for all our stay. I have complained also but problem remained. No privacy at all , terraces are linked with no privacy area. Moreover no security as the terraces can be accessed from the fire exit, even from public. Such a pity for this hotel since rooms are very big and did not expect these problems at all. We spent so much time of our holiday on the phone trying to solve the problems. Cleanliness was also not so good. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and with a variety of pastries. Rooms size and breakfast are the only thumbs up for this hotel.

I stayed here for a night while in Munich for business. I was thrilled to find out that it was only steps from where I needed to be, and the cost was far lower than I had anticipated given Munich's reputation for being an expensive city. the room was quiet, even though it was very close to the check in desk and the breakfast was exceptional. I would happily stay here again next time I am in town!

We booked a short vacation in Munich and visited Oktoberfest. We had booked the hotel in Munich. We really liked the spacious room on the 5th floor, which was very quiet by the way, and the breakfast was very tasty.
