This place is ridiculous. Wanted to add a day. Trying on the same website a day after my initial reservation. The website bombed, citing issues. They do not pick up the phone, I tried for a cumulative 3 hours over the last month. Calling another branch it said to contact via email, still no response, it then said contact via website, still no response. This is totally unprofessional. Shall they be staying in business? I doubt it very much!

This is a very basic motel located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is not in the Munich city center. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. Alternatively, there is also a tram stop nearby. There is also a supermarket across the hotel. The room is modern looking and small but very clean. The breakfast is very simple and basic.

I am a big fan of this chain because you always know what quality you can expect. The rooms here were also very pleasant and the lobby was nice. The service was fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit salad and croissants. The coffee was also delicious.

Location: very good location near the Olympic Park. Rooms: clean, even with a mini terrace on the first floor. However, the rooms are very small. This also applies to the beds. We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is ideally located, especially if you want to go to the Tollwood Festival or if you want to attend one of the concerts in the Olympic Hall or the Olympic Stadium. Friendly reception, we also had a great room! In the evenings at the bar we were always served nicely by two friendly originals! The breakfast is, as always at the Motel One, very good. Very nice inner courtyard!
