Forced to stay in it . Due to Bauma 2013 , could not find rooms in other hotels. It's very basic , expensive when you compare it to other hotels and offered services. You can send the same for much better services for sure. The internet is available in the room with wire connection , No Wi Fi in the room or any place in the hotel !! Positive points : Clean , and Quite ( If this is good for you )

Our room was clean and nice,had a lot of light and a modern (but small) bathroom. The design is "simple",there are no pictures hanging on the wall at all,but anyway the room had a good atmospfere. TV,working trable,minibar available. The location is good,not far from public transport to the center. Only minus in my opinion would be the too warm bed sheets and a soft matrace,although its mostly an individual prefference.

Located near UBahn U2 entrance. Clean rooms, wooden floors, good showers, small fridge. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. But WIFI was not working neither in room 477 nor in lobby, even after asking every day of my 5 days stay. Shame!!!

I stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel is designed in very functionally, without useless niceties, which I valuate positively. Rooms are spacious and to the point: good bathroom, great solid bed and a working spot. Breakfast is not sensational, but enough choices for everyone. Location is great with lots of lively places in the area. Nice and helpful staff as well. Definitely a place I would reconsider when I'm in Munich again

I stayed in the hotel one night and liked the simplicity of the room and the modern look of the toilet. Internet was free and with good speed rates. Bed was really confortable. There was a table offering enough space to work and a good variety of beverages in the minibar. Location was also very good and had several good restaurants in the vicinity.

Schon bei Ankunft freundliche kompetente Begrüßung. Sehr saubere moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung im ganzen Haus. Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem guter Ausgangspunkt für Citytouren. Frühstück klein aber sehr fein. Zimmer top.

Sowohl die Zimmer, wie der Flur und der Aufzug waren ekelhaft dreckig,, schon wenn man in den Aufzug tritt, will man wieder weg. Sogar die Becher, mit denen man sich das Wasser zum Trinken aus dem dem Hahn zapfen soll, waren verschmutzt. Ich kenne das Hotel von früher, hab einige Male hier übernachtet. Ich habe es sehr gemocht, es war außerordentlich gut geführt, sauber, ordentlich. Für 200 €, die mich das Zimmer jetzt gekostet hat, ist es wirklich eine Unverschämtheit. Zudem hat man wirklich das Gefühl, dass die ganzen Hinweise auf umweltfreundliches Verhalten bloß eine blumige Rechtfertigung sind, jegliche Annehmlichkeiten aus Kostengründen, abgeschafft zu haben.
