Munich Bogenhausen Hotels

We have been travelling the world for six months , stayed in alot of places but the Hyperion , Munich exceeded our expectations on all levels . Thank you for sharing your wonderful hotel with two grateful Kiwis 🇳🇿 the staff were friendly and helpful , the breakfast had great variety for hungry travellers , easy access to trams , metro etc , the rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable and the best thing was a free minibar in the room , I mean who does that 🙌 We will recommend this place to many others as we continue our travels 🍺🍺

Lucky experienced the biggest snow never happened before in Munich. Even though the schedule is in mess, but good memories.

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the metro and it was easy to reach tourist attractions. The room was clean and we were satisfied with the services. If I come to Munich again, I may choose to stay.

The old man's staff was gentle and very kind. The breakfast was the most satisfying and varied during my trip to Europe. However... the location was disappointingㅜㅜ Since I was traveling by rental car, I chose a hotel with good cost-effectiveness, but if you are a backpacker, I recommend finding a place to stay in the city~

The hotel location is a bit remote, it is best to call a car if there is a lot of luggage. Throw things in the room and take the S-Bahn to the city (・ ω <) ★ There are a lot of Italians in the surrounding area. There is no parking lot, breakfast has to be paid extra so I didn't eat, there is a Burger King and a Chinese restaurant around. The Italian restaurant about 200 meters from the hotel is great. He strongly recommends Rumpsteak and Mushroom Pizza (first on the menu), but it costs 5 € # 房 clean #

Nice hotel. Quiet location but near to key sights. Hotel is very clean. The room is set up nicely too. There is a underground garage but need to pay.

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.
