Munich Schwabing-Freimann Hotels

Spot on, the flat had everything you need, and nice touches like 2 cold beers in the fridge! Clean and surprisingly quiet, despite being on a main road. The only issue was the glass bathroom walls, really not ideal for your privacy. If I happen to travel to Munich again on my own, this will be my first choice, but if I'm back with my partner I'll chose for a place with a bathroom allowing privacy.

Hotel: Apartment hotel, surrounded by big tech companies such as Microsoft Hygiene: clean every 7 days 🧹 once, each floor has a tool room, there are basic cleaning tools, if you need extra cleaning, you need to make an appointment at the front desk, 35 euros per time Rooms: Open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and other facilities Reception: Monday to Friday, closed on weekends Laundry room: Yes, but the sanitation is average, not as good as the laundry room outside Location: There are subway stations around, there are shared flatbed cars downstairs

Good value. Comfortable, modern furnished rooms with very easy access to trams, buses and subway routes to travel to Munich's attractions. Staff was very friendly. Lounge is nice for an evening drink. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Munich

Great hotel, very stylish decor and great service but no air conditioning in the height of summer would put me off staying here again.

The room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for the whole family. It is very good for family stay. The location is convenient and close to the convenience store. There are not many restaurants around, and it is not far to take the bus

I chose a hotel slightly further from the city center because I needed to pick up a rental car. From the train station, I took the subway and then a bus. The bus dropped me off right in front of a red building, and if you walk a bit further, it's in the same complex as the Holiday Inn Express. The car rental agency was conveniently located right across the street, making car pick-up very easy.

The room was quiet, clean and tidy, the service was very good, about 900 meters from the subway, the nearby bakery supermarket was very convenient, and there was a delicious breakfast at an intersection. Need to bring your own slippers.

The hotel is very clean and confartable the location is in a residential area but far from city center not very well connected by public transportation. The room is well equipped with amenities coffee machine and kettle .fridge. the shower is awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

My room is clean and tidy. Breakfast area is nice. There were some issues upon arrival, for example, a broken lock safe. However, the issues had been dealt with promptly by a patient technician. It will be even better if it's closer to Frankfurter Ring station. (PS There was one Mr. Lam working in the breakfast area who really made my day!)

There are a lot of rude, angry and loud Arabs here. I was told by multiple staff members that they often cause problems for other guests as they travel in huge groups and have many loud obnoxious kids. The hotel staff are great, however, and tried their best to help where they could. Let me be clear - the guests are out control of the Marriott Staff, all of whom are very wonderful.
