The hotel is very clean and the service was very good during our stay. Very quiet and suitable for business trips and travels, and the breakfast is also very good. The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a restaurant where you can order food. The food is very affordable and delicious.
Advantages, the room is ok, very clean, can cook, the supermarket is downstairs, the car can be parked on the side of the road for free. Disadvantages: the room is not very big, the taste of cooking is easy to stay in the room, go to the city Far away, there is no washing machine in the room, and there is an additional laundry to dry.
The hotel is in a quiet community, the entrance is a bit small, so it is easy to miss the entrance by car, but after entering, I feel that the environment and parking lot are good. The room and bed are good, there is a balcony, very comfortable.
Advantages: The room is large and the environment is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious! The breakfast service staff is also very good!
Disadvantages: The sink is too small to use, and the bathroom is not completely separated from wet and dry, the drainage is poor, and the water gushed out at a time when taking a bath. There is a woman at the front desk who has a general attitude.

The hotel is not located in the city centre, around 25 mins from main station. But there are a big shopping mall and many restaurants right next to the hotel. Service is good
The transport links are very good, there is a bus stop right in front of the house. The furnishings are very well maintained and new, in a rustic style. The bathroom is very clean.
Breakfast is good, the room is soundproof, the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition, the underground second floor parking lot, but there is a charge, all stay in the hotel and charge parking fees, it feels not suitable, 25 euros a day. Downstairs is the shopping mall, there are two supermarkets downstairs, very convenient. 8 km from the city
This hotel was truly amazing. We had an issue with our booking but they quickly helped to sort it out for us. And the staff were really nice. Would reccomed it anyone. Nice stay.
The price of 1300 is located in Riem, a very partial place. It feels like a hotel changed into a dormitory. It is very general, the room is large, but it is a sloping attic room, the bathroom is very good. The price/performance ratio is not high. Although it is convenient for the train to go to the Marion Square, the ticket machine is inefficient in buying tickets. Several people queue up for a long time and waste time.
Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.
The service staff at the hotel were very nice. The parking lot was full. They accompanied me to find free parking spaces in the surrounding areas and even held an umbrella for me.

Great
AAdriansyahThe service was awesome, the room was great .. but it is very far away from city centre. However, underground and train can reachable by walk
PPaoquanshijiewanIt is a budget hotel, but during the three days of the large exhibition, the hotel in Munich basically doubled its price. Although it costs 20 euros a day to park in the hotel parking lot, it is not difficult to find a parking space by walking 50 meters to the back street, which is quite feminine. I remember that this hotel not only does not provide a kettle, but even hot water can only be poured into a cup of coffee machine at the front desk.
NNándor KovácsLow level of services. One of the reading lights was not working. Long procedure during check in.
The door of bathroom is not closing properly, hence it is not suitable for a room of multiple persons. This is not a defect, it is by design so.
As an addition dueing messe events it is exceptionally expensive. Altogether not a good value for money.
GGuest UserThe location is away from the main city, however there's an U-Bahn station nearby that connects to the city center and the main train station directly, so it's not too bad. Rooms are decent and clean with all the basic amenities. The breakfast spread is quite good and there's also options for buying snacks near the reception.
GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is very quiet, the hotel is relatively small, two floors, the room is a bit small, the two beds are very crowded, the rest can have an aisle to walk, the bed is very narrow 0.9 meters, maybe the hotel bed in Munich is similar; I stayed for three days and the bathroom was not replaced and cleaned. In addition, the floor drain in the shower room seemed to be blocked and the water was very slow. Every time I stepped on the puddle to take a shower; the boss is Chinese, and he takes care of Chinese compatriots. It is good to stay temporarily for business.
