Close to a shopping center! Breakfast is 26 per person. Not much selection. Not worth it. We arrived in the early morning.(didn't expect to have room ready) A staff is nicely offer early check in service. After that, another Asian female staff was here to charge us 30 euro per room for a total of 5 rooms. This experience was not not at all. I think the communication wasn't very clear. Water kettle was super dusty and scary! Totally, destroyed my expectations of this brand. Evening staff team is helpful and friendly. Except the am shift asian lady ...

Low level of services. One of the reading lights was not working. Long procedure during check in. The door of bathroom is not closing properly, hence it is not suitable for a room of multiple persons. This is not a defect, it is by design so. As an addition dueing messe events it is exceptionally expensive. Altogether not a good value for money.

The transport links are very good, there is a bus stop right in front of the house. The furnishings are very well maintained and new, in a rustic style. The bathroom is very clean.

Breakfast is good, the room is soundproof, the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition, the underground second floor parking lot, but there is a charge, all stay in the hotel and charge parking fees, it feels not suitable, 25 euros a day. The price of 1300 is located in Riem, a very partial place. It feels like a hotel changed into a dormitory. It was a clean and new hotel! I chose it because of its cheapness and cleanliness, but it was far from the Central station, so you had to take a Subway to get there, and it was pretty countryside, so the location was a minus!

The service staff at the hotel were very nice. The parking lot was full. They accompanied me to find free parking spaces in the surrounding areas and even held an umbrella for me.
