Rooms are not clean,bed and pillows like very old .tha main problem thay not responsible after 12am to till 6.30 am there is no electricity

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel! Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was on the minus third floor under the ground; a hell, unreachable to sunlight! The advertisements displayed a room which had no resemblance to the one we were given. The rooms were incredibly small and allowed no mobility, nor space even to keep our belongings. Moreover, the billboard outside flaunted its elevator services but there was no elevator, going to this minus third floor, our room was in. Using stairs was problematic due to my knee issues but no resolution was given. Our room was filthy. Looks like they never wash bedsheets, making them smell disgusting, also they had massive holes in blankets provided. The pillows were smelly and one of them had dozens of dirty short hair sticking on it. Our bathroom smelt like a dead rat. Infact, the whole room had a musty smell. Staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing the issues and offered no apology. When we tried to tell them about the issues, we were neither given a better suite, nor was a refund offered. I assume all positive google reviews are either fake or manipulated. Avoid this place at all costs!
