"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Vibe Munnar was truly exceptional! From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. The entire team made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Saju, Renjith, Anandhu, Adhitya, and the amazing chefs for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and genuine care throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail made our experience even more special. The food was absolutely excellent! We especially appreciate the chefs for preparing less spicy meals on our special request for our child. Their willingness to accommodate our needs with such care and attention made us feel truly valued. The service was prompt, the staff were always friendly and attentive, and every team member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. "While the staff at Club Mahindra Mount Serene were incredibly helpful and their service was excellent, the property itself is seriously showing its age and is in dire need of an upgrade. The resort feels quite old, and we were particularly disappointed with the ground floor rooms. They offer absolutely no views, which is a real shame given the scenic surroundings Munnar is known for. Amenities are very limited – there's no swimming pool, no gym, and hardly any activities on-site to keep guests engaged. For basic amenities, we had to travel about 2 kilometers to another Club Mahindra property, and the road to get there was quite poor, making it an inconvenient and uncomfortable trip. In summary, the dedicated and helpful staff truly made our stay bearable with their excellent service. However, the property itself falls short. Club Mahindra Mount Serene has great potential, but it desperately needs a significant renovation and a serious boost in on-site amenities to match the expectations of a Club Mahindra property."

What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality we received during our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Sunil Rathod, the manager, who was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took excellent care of us and ensured that our stay was comfortable and memorable. His team members were also very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We have already stayed here for the past 2–3 days, and especially because of Sunil Ji’s warm behaviour and excellent service, we decided to extend our stay for one more day.
