I am Ebin. we stayed in this resort recently. location and the outside ambience is too good with its calming serene beauty. But it’s intensely a tough road taking us there, especially a night ride through the route is horrible. telling about the room accommodation, we should tell, that was really a below average service. cleanliness was too poor. Mattress itself was totally giving discomfort, unclean bedsheets, algae inside drinking water bottles, everything added the experience more worse. Breakfast provided was good. in total, not recommend this property to stay

Our experience was positive, with the room's view being a particular highlight. It's an excellent choice for couples and a suitable option for families. The food quality is high, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the lush greenery enhances the overall experience. We recommend it for couples and consider it a decent option for families.

Location: The property is located away from the hassle of the city. Quiet and Calm environment.
Property: You can clearly tell this is an Old property which has been upgraded to reach today's standard of a resort. All must haves are there.
Food: Breakfast is a buffet, Lunch & Dinner are Ala-carte or Buffet depending on the number of guests. The food was Amazing (Ala-carte) good (Buffet).
Staff: Friendly staff and quick service of your needs.
I stayed there for 3 nights and overall if u are a person who loves to slow the pace and soak in peace then this one is for u.
There are some minor things like old latches for doors, small insects flying around during dinner which can be ignored. IMO u not paying for luxury but for a calm getaway from today's fast paced world.

The perfect plantation valley view.. great food - mainly the breakfast menu. Decent ambiance and rooms… only disturbance is foul smell from bathroom.

Tea Valley Resort,Munnar is located on a Tea Plantation near heart of Munnar Town at a distance of around 4-5 km from town towards Adimali.
Pros of Resort
1. Good spacious rooms , decent restaurants , Excellent room service .
2. Good location if you want to stay indoors.
Cons
1. The 1 km road inside plantation is in a pathetic conditions and reaching the location during rains / dense fog is tough with terrain where only one vehicle can pass by.
2. Complementary breakfast not upto mark .
Overall a 7/10 .
