酒店前台態度惡劣 看我幫着保安辛辛苦苦把箱子搬到三樓的時候 歧視和嘲諷拉滿 然後輕蔑的説 哦~還沒到入住時間 需要你把行李搬到一樓存放 保安暫時不在 你得自己搬下去~出國這麼多次 第一次遇到這種！立刻退掉後面幾天的預訂 看我拍照取證前台嚇得立刻躲進房間 心虛的別太明顯

酒店在三樓樓層 步梯 還好有人幫忙拿行李了 不然不方便 咖啡全天免費提供 有自助早餐 房間挺大的

看着價格不低訂的，結果沒想到是在一個醫院上面，酒店在三樓，一樓二樓都是醫院，衞生自然不必多説
服務麼，幾乎沒有，不過毛子這邊都差不多。問題是這個酒店在三樓，基本就需要住客自己提着大箱子上去，退住時候在自己提下去
環境和設施也就是民宿水準
完全不值這個價格，早餐就歐陸早餐的下限，基本都是涼的
要是一二百還行，要五百塊錢我覺得就是想peach了

При бронировании отеля смутило расположение в мед.центре. По факту же никакого дискомфорта от этого не было, отель располагается на верхних этажах одноименного мед.центра в центре города. Очень доброжелательный персонал, отличный завтрак, без изысков, но основное есть. Большие номера, чистые полотенца, душевые принадлежности, тапочки. Уютный отель, который по ряду критериев дал бы фору местным четверкам. Тихое место, где вы отдохнете с комфортом.

Очень достойный отель. Расположен в трехэтажном здании медицинского центра на 3 этаже, что по началу вызвало некое беспокойство. Но мы были очень приятно удивлены. Очень домашний отель, большие и чистые номера с хорошей изоляцией. Замечательный завтрак, гостеприимный персонал. Благодарю отель за хороший отдых!

Живым второй день . Номер хороший , уютный . Персонал приветливый . Но администрации комплекса по ходу законы о тишине не знакомы . Вторую ночь подряд идут снегоуборочные работы ( тракторы , грузовики ). Полиция говорит что данные работы согласованы с администрацией города . Администратор гостиницы дозвониться до руководства не может , потому что они спят. Администрация города, которая согласовали данные работы, тоже спят - ведь идет рабочая неделя. Вот и нам хотелось бы вторую ночь поспать , но увы…. В общем если хотите бодрствовать в ночное время суток то добро пожаловать ! Время 00-57 , такое ощущение что ты лежишь в кузове этих грузовиков.
