"We stayed for 3 days, and no one cleaned the house, provided towels or toiletries, or gave us bottled water. There were water jugs in the hallway, but no one changed them. There was practically no service. The worst part was the showers; you never knew if the hot water would turn cold or scalding hot. The hallway was also piled high with large bags of used bedding wrapped in dark cloth – it was creepy."

"Self-service check-in, with a kitchen and a private bathroom in the room; very clean. The owner is very nice. Because I needed to pay a 1500 ruble deposit via bank transfer, which took a long time to complete, I contacted the owner via email, and they cancelled the deposit. Transportation is very convenient. It's a short walk to Murmansk train station, and there's a large supermarket nearby."
