Clean with plenty of amenities and as described. Friendly, professional staff. . 2 bulbs not working in the room but they dealt with it straight away. They also had a collection of quality hair products to try. Small rooms but they made the most of the space.

Please change the hotel name on Trip. The name is comfort hotel, but the real name is smile hotel. If you search on google map, you won't find it. You have to search from smile hotel.
- The location is near Nagano train station, convenient to travel.
- The room is clean.
- The hotel restaurant can dispense water and coffee.
- The lobby has sake for tasting and shampoo for you to try.

The price premium during the New Year in Japan is much higher, almost catching up with the hotel booked in Tokyo. Overall, the cost performance is not high. The location is quite convenient, and it is worth staying if it is a weekday price. In addition, this hotel has been renamed Smile Hotel. There is a yellow smiley face logo on the outside of the hotel. The comfort hotel and blue logo shown by Ctrip are probably the previous names of the hotel, which is misleading.
