No frills and small room, best to leave your luggage elsewhere. Conveniently located near to the station with a direct underpass suitable for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast had a good variety.

I had a fantastic stay at Tokyu REI Hotel Nagano! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Nagano Station, which made getting around the city super easy. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. My room was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi.
The staff were polite. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet—it had a great variety of both Japanese and Western options, all fresh and tasty.
Overall, Tokyu REI Hotel Nagano offered excellent value for the price. Whether you're visiting for business or sightseeing, I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Nagano.

Its one of the best hotel that I found for my trip, is only 3 minutes from station, and have a large room for 3 people. The breakfast also tasty! And the staff can speak English well!
