This hotel is very convenient, with excellent service from the staff. We stay here every year before heading to the ski resort because the location is unbeatable. The self-service laundry machines are also a great convenience.

No frills and small room, best to leave your luggage elsewhere. Conveniently located near to the station with a direct underpass suitable for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast had a good variety.

The location is just 2 min away from Nagano station.
Christmas pine smells welcomed us to the lobby. The stay was very nice, the hotel offers many amenities in the lobby and drinking water on each floor. The rooms are small but very clean and look new.
Just downstairs there are many choices of restaurants and convenience stores.
We definitely recommend!

Probably good location for people not driving over because it’s located near the main train station. However, Complicated and expensive parking , room is super small compared to other similar type of hotels.
