The hotel located in the area of government buildings. It is therefore very good for business people. They have five restaurants. But because we did not arrange for hotel breakfast, it was a bit difficult to get breakfast around the hotel. But there is a convenient store nearby. The room was clean. Reception gave us a high floor room with beautiful city view. Appreciate that. The hotel has three big car parks. Hotel guest needed to pay parking fee of 1000 yen for throughout the stay, which I think is reasonable. The hotel is actually well located - close enough to the sightseeing spots in the city centre.

Located less than 10 minutes from Nagano Station, there are seven eleven family Marosson if you walk a little, and the location is very good. The building itself is a type of history. Amenities such as shampoo toothpaste are all available, but I used a small towel because there was no sponge to wash my body. Then, I feel like I wanted the second small towel because there is only one bath towel. and personally, from the light of the electric lamp When I went to bed, I wanted to take the light outside in the morning. When I opened the window, I could see it from the front building, so I was a little sorry there. Comments not a hundred points. Also, it was a place to stay that I thought I would take care of when I was at Nagano station. I couldn't go because of time. I want to try the cafe on the first floor next time.

Hotel service is excellent, room is very clean and breakfast is delicious (Japanese cuisine) . We enjoy staying there for 8 days, 15 minutes walk from Nagano JR line. If you have many luggages on your way back to Nagano JR station (too much shopping done after the trip 😅) suggest you let the hotel staff know they will book a taxi for you ( only cost JY 900). I had a pleasant stay and fully recharge after a short break. Definitely will be back again. ありがとございますた。

The hotel is located in Nagano Station, about a 10-minute walk away. It is very convenient for Nagano to Iiyama. You can transfer to different places to play, and the most important thing is to go to the snow monkey park!

This is an extremely cosy place, but I would not dare describe it as luxurious. It is dated and simple, with the most basic amenities. However, I liked it a lot. The best part about this ryokan is its owner, an elderly man. He truly puts his heart and soul into his establishment. He even suggested to give us a ride to the station, however the weather was nice and we decided to walk instead. I'd like to highlight the breakfast: it was gorgeous, given the price. I'd even say it tasted better than a ¥3000 dinner I had at some local restaurant. The whole experience felt like visiting your grandparents, who live in a village, during the summer.

We were drawn to this hotel because my friends and I absolutely love Chateraise cakes! Conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Nagano Station, the hotel was easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The best part was the daily treat of Chateraise cakes offered as welcome treats and during tea time—a delightful indulgence. The hotel served as an excellent base for exploring Nagano, with popular sights like Zenko-ji Temple within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderfully convenient stay.

Please change the hotel name on Trip. The name is comfort hotel, but the real name is smile hotel. If you search on google map, you won't find it. You have to search from smile hotel. - The location is near Nagano train station, convenient to travel. - The room is clean. - The hotel restaurant can dispense water and coffee. - The lobby has sake for tasting and shampoo for you to try.
