My highly recommend hotel now in batam! It was superb clean and convenient! Internet was excellence, cosy room! Cooling. The best is room w slide for kids n adult if lazy to climb down the stairs. Very convenient location and i will drop off panbil to stay in manuka now. Staffs are very helpful too and we won a netflix access free during lucky draw. Cny 2025 is a fantasic one!

Very cosy place with nice cafe around. Will definitely be back again.

Thing the hotel can improve on 1) The hairdryer they provided can be improve by getting a stronger model as the wind is too small to dry your hair for female 2) during the day even with the curtain full close is still very bright 3) as this area is still under development The next door of the hotel is very noisy during the day in the room Things that is good about the hotel room and the location 1) 5 min walk to Batam City Square Mall Mall Batam City Square 10 min walk to A2 Food Court IQOS KIOSK A2 Food Court 15 min walk to Grand Batam Mall As this hotel is very convenient to travel around the place to grab your food and shop 2) the room come equip with cooking stove and table and plate and spoon and fork and water boiler Bed is soft and comfortable and relex Do take take as you need to put a deposit of 300k when check in And the food manu in the room do not come with government service tax Over experience 10/10 will be back for my next trip

Room is generally quite clean and spacious. They even provide induction cooker, pot, plates bowls and cutleries which are nice to have. However, the soundproofing in the rooms can be improved as the sound of traffic is quite audible as it is situated very near the main road. There is also a tennis court right outside and could hear the people chatting away as well as from the guests next door and in the walkway.

The mosque chanting 3 times a day , especially early in the morning one 3-4+++ a.m woke us up everyday 😩😫pillows are hard not that comfy and are restricted for extra when request as well as mineral water , only 1 more is allow .
