room size reasonable. 24hr free coffee is good hotel provide free drink between 5-8pm is good but sometimes a bit crowded breakfast a area is very congested during breakfast hour. very poor wifi in the room too bad the onsen bath is not open in the morning

Location is very good near the hot place. A lot of shopping area and great restuarant area. Recommend.

I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.

Although the building is old, it was well-cleaned, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance of Sakae, and there were delicious restaurants near the hotel, so I had no inconveniences during my stay.

Stylish, very near the mirai tower, convenient to reach, overall a very pleasant experience.

The hotel offers minimum, or very much basic, but the location isn't bad :) About 1km to the Nagoya castle. 2km to the Nagoya station. We Japanese don't call their ”hot spring” Onsen...it was just a big bath tub. The hotel isn't fabulous or anything, but if you are looking for somewhere just to sleep, I think it was good enough. I would pay 7000yen for a night but no more than that.

This is the hotel I visited for a workshop. I didn't know the exact location, but I booked it after seeing the satisfaction.. I'm a little disappointed. There are only government offices, hospitals, offices, and Nagoya Castle (park) nearby.. Even if you want to go to a convenience store that is widely available in Japan, you have to walk about 1km. On the other hand, the spacious rooms were a big advantage. The hotel feels a little old, but the rooms are renovated and are fine. They say they clean it once every three days. Parking is paid.

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one. The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.
