Naha Hotels with Gym

we went with family of 3 kids, spent whole day at the hotel using all the facilities. staff were super friendly and helpful, they help us made all the reservations at restaurants. will come back again!

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

It is about a 25-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and the facilities are complete. There is a laundry room downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with views of the swimming pool and Naha city from the window. The family of three enjoyed their stay.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

The things used by this company are very high-end. The bath is given a full set of L'Occitane, and the skin care products are all prepared for you, including a small DHC bag. As for the hot spring, I especially like that there are not too many people, both indoors and outdoors. They also provide clothes for going to the hot spring, which is very considerate. The location is very advantageous. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Naha Airport, and the taxi fare is 2,000 yen. The environment is quiet. Turn left when you go out. There are two 24-hour convenience stores, Family Mart and Rasho. Turn right when you walk to the main road and you will see the main place. There are food supermarkets, agricultural and sideline products, and fruits. They are very rich and affordable, especially sushi and sashimi. A box of 24 pieces of sashimi is only 950 yen (47 RMB). Japanese strawberries are also delicious, and the price of a box is 690 yen (34 RMB). The citrus is very sweet and not sour. There are many restaurants to choose from in the mall (Japanese, Western, and Chinese). In front is the Okinawa Prefectural Museum, which often has many exhibitions. On the left hand is Toys R Us, and next to it is a large supermarket, with Uniqlo (cheaper than in China) and Muji, and a shopping mall specializing in sportswear, which often has discounted products of many brands and is very cost-effective. Go north for 1.4 kilometers and you will reach Kokusai-dori. The hotel is designed in the style of a southern French resort. The 35-square-meter room is quite spacious. The bathroom is a little cramped. There is no separate shower room, so you have to stand in the bathtub to wash. The breakfast is divided into three types: buffet, Japanese set meal, and Western set meal, all of which are very exquisite. There will never be crowding or empty plates in the buffet, and the waiters will replenish the meals in a timely manner. The service in Japan is simply the best in the world. Although the bathroom is small, it is very clean, especially all kinds of towels are given a lot. There are at least 4 bath towels, 4 face towels, and 4 hand towels in a room for 2 people. The room is cleaned twice a day. The hotel service staff always greets with a smile and is timely and thoughtful.

The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

The hotel just opened last year and is very new. The skyline swimming pool on the top floor is not too big, but it is great. You can overlook the surrounding street view. The room is clean and tidy, and the location is very good. It is only a 1-minute walk to the busiest and busiest Kokusai Street. shopping street, The breakfast is not rich in variety, but it is exquisite and tastes very good. I stayed at three hotels in Okinawa this time and I feel that the breakfast here is my favorite. However, the breakfast time ends at 10 o'clock, which feels a bit early. I saw many guests there. I hurriedly arrived before breakfast was over, because most people who come to Okinawa travel on their own, and they will sleep until they wake up naturally in the morning. The hotel staff has a great service attitude, very friendly and polite!
