Clean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores. Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍
Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple . A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

I stayed here for 3 nights in December.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station.
There are many apartments around, so it feels like a residential area. It's quiet. There aren't many places to eat, but there are plenty if you go around the station.
The guesthouse's parking lot was full, but there were many coin parks nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
It felt like a one-room apartment turned into a lodging facility, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a bathtub. There was also a balcony and a clothesline, so you could hang out your laundry! There is a drum-type washing machine (paid). ^ ^.
The refrigerator had separate freezer and refrigerator sections, so it was good that the ice didn't melt!
It was also good that there were many outlets!
