The rating on Ctrip is too low, I almost missed this treasure hotel. I have stayed in more than 10 hotels in Japan, and only when I came here did I experience the real Japanese serviceđThe hotel has cultural heritage and is one of the earliest high-end hotels in Okinawa. It was a product of the early Showa period. Most of the employees are elderly, but they have always maintained a real Japanese standard. Every employee smiles from top to bottom and is meticulous in a hidden way. It is better than all the 5-star brands I have stayed in. The building is old but the layout is full of charm. It is so clean that it has been the same for decades without any sloppiness. The breakfast is quite kaiseki-style, and it is at the same master level as other guestsâ commentsđEven the drinks, sake, shochu, and beer are not cheap and are all-you-can-drink self-service. Because there are not many guests, the whole hotel is small and exquisite, but it has an independent courtyard with green plants, which makes you feel particularly calm. The room has a private bathroom but I suggest you to experience the public hot spring bathroom, which is spotless, very comfortable, and has a private feel with few people. The key is that the price is absolutely amazing, far more than the money. Since I booked other hotels for the next 2 nights and cannot refund, I really regret that I should have stayed here all the time. The location is not bad. There is a bus to the door, and there is also a tram that gets off at Anri Station and walks over in just a few minutes. By the way, if you drive yourself, you should stay here, the parking lot is huge. Here are some bad pictures, I hope more domestic friends will come to check in and experience it. I am in the hotel industry myself. This Okinawa hotel made me unforgettable. The small and beautiful boutique intangible cultural heritage hotel is here. I hope you can also experience it silentlyđ

It's quite close to Namamigu Shrine. There are parking spaces on the first floor and self-service check-in and check-out on the second floor. You can walk around and experience the daily life of local people. It is also very close to the airport. It costs about 1,500 yen by taxi.

This is the second time to stay in this theme hotel, the location is very convenient, next to the hotel is 7-11, take the monorail is nearby, walk 3 minutes to reach, drag luggage is not afraid of inconvenience, Makishi station out will pass through a footbridge, footbridge straight into the mall, then landing, across the street At the hotel, there is a supermarket inside the mall, the hotel also has free tea and coffee, each person also sent a cup of ice cream, the waiter attitude is very good, the only drawback is to stay 3 nights to clean the room once, toilet paper, towels, water have to ask the front desk staff every day, they are happy to provide, worth recommending this hotel

This is my second time staying at this hotel. You can see the sea view when you open the door. The hotel comes with a free parking lot and the CP value is very high. The new hotel is clean and has a large space. The toilet and bathtub can be used for bathing. Recommendedđ

Excellent hotel and service. I believe there was a slight mistake in the attribution of the room (they gave us a room with 3 beds and we were only 2). We asked them to remove one and they did it right away. Efficient, discreet service. Room is very comfortable and the location is great. We will be back!

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

Great location, right in the center of Naha Kokosai Dori, staff is very helpful whenever we ask for some information . Friendly service which is expected from Japanese custom. Room is cleaned daily unless you tell them not to and it has a nice tub. Love their toiletries they provide as you can feel some luxuries. Easy to get to from airport . Highly recommend to stay here

beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didnât realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a depar**ental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)

I made a reservation for business trips, but Toyoko Inn was clean and simple, and I was able to take out, so I used it well throughout the day. Enroll in coin membership? I was recommended to check in early. I'm thinking about joining next time because it's a brand I use often anyway :-)
The cleanliness, location, and services are great. It could be even better if there are more cutleries given such as plates, spoon and forks. The air conditioning swing is broken which I had to use a pen to keep it hold in place

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

I took the TK02 bus from Okinawa Naha International Airport and got off at Kokusai-dori Entrance Station. It took about 12 minutes and cost ÂĽ240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

DDinoExplorerConveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area.
If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesnât help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesnât fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if youâre on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. Iâm happy with self check in, but when the machine doesnât work itâs not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are donât feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

AAnonymous UserFeel like this room is smaller than general Japanâs hotel rooms. You canât really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so itâs fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(donât wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isnât cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk canât really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but itâs for VOD. I admit itâs my fault that I didnât read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotelsđđť
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didnât try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

KkmendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, itâs a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldnât give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! Thereâs all these rules telling us âno calls, keep quietâ but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet itâs still so loud?! They tell us, âplease keep calls to the common areaâ but the common areaâs window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because thereâs no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

CCHENG WEN⢠Buffet breakfast with lots to choose from.
⢠The room was pleasant.
⢠service was excellent, welcoming, and they always greet with a smile.
⢠very nice pool kids friendly!!
GGuest UserThe room is just a family of 3 people, 2 single beds are used together, the child is 4 years old, and the older child is estimated that the bed is not enough. It is recommended to set some big beds in the room. My husband is thin and I am fat. Just enough to squeeze together, if the father of 2 is large, it is not enough. I forgot to take pictures inside the room. These are the photos of the exterior of the building. The entrance and the elevator are there. There is a self-service computer screen for check-in at the door. The language has Chinese choices. The operation is simple. You can check in by entering the check-in number. When you leave, you will also check out. The check-in number will be sent to the email, just check it yourself
GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
