"Our second time staying at this hotel. Really happy with this stay. The room itself was very clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel, with a firm, comfortable bed and hotel-quality sheets and blankets. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naha."

"This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service. We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food. The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing! We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather. Overall highly highly recommended!"

"Extremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended."

Amazing

AaihwaI stayed for 4 days, arriving at the hotel before the typhoon hit. The wind started picking up around 11 AM. Since I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage at the front desk. What was great was being able to use the public lounge on the second floor, which offered free alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and even free popcorn. The hotel also had different activities every day, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Naha Okinawa. The location is excellent, with Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and shopping areas all within a short walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the parking facilities were convenient for guests travelling by car. Most importantly, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa and would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the room cleanliness was satisfactory, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. 👍 There are two restaurants downstairs at the hotel, and a convenience store nearby. Security is very strict. The only downside is that there are too few parking spaces, and it costs ¥1800. Also, cars cannot leave after 11 PM because the gate closes, so we had to park in a nearby paid parking lot!

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!
