It was an amazing experience considering I was new in town and was doing a quick stopover. I needed some place for a quick bite before proceeding with my trip.The ambience and staff were helpful especially I must commend Anne at the reception, she was very helpful.

Great location at the heart of the city. The service is great. Friendly welcoming staff. Simon at the reception desk is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozy. Definitely a place to check out whether you're a business or leisure traveller.

The whole experience was amazing from the services...the rooms are very spacious ...the breakfast had quite a variety and the food is sooo tasty.. the staffs are very friendly... its simply the place to be felt like a home away from home.Will definately be back

Excellent service provide to customers and well groomed personnel. The elegance and ambience of the rooms is breath taking. A place be for serious business, will always long to visit Ole ken for future business engagements, while in Nakuru town.

We were treated so well at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the family room we stayed in was sooo spacious for our family of 5! We walked down the road to the WestSide mall no problem. The restaurant in the hotel has THE BEST Indian Food we have ever had! Highly recommend this hotel!

Exellent rooms with sufficient lighting .The amenities are modern.Great food served in generous portions.The meals are actually prepared on order so the meals are served hot and fresh.The staff are very friendly and helpful.I am definitely visiting again.

We stayed at Ole ken during our visit to Nakuru .We stayed here only for 1 night but we had a very poor experience. The bathroom cleanliness was poor . Room looked good though , the fan was of no use as it was a bit hot at night . The most horrifying experience was no hot water in the tap in the night , after a lot of struggle they provided us key to a room where we could take bath in the morning & that bathroom had absolutely no water . After the safari when we were full of dirt , we could not bathe, even in the morning we had to check out with out bathing .... The breakfast also was very average. The hotel is a run down. Look out for other options.
