"The eagle palace was a great, clean and comfortable stay for us in Nakuru. The rooms are big and have all the necessaties, the bathroom was also huge. We had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning and they arranged for breakfast to be possible at 5am, which we greatly appreciate! "We stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights with no regrets, Daniel at the reception is warm enough to make you extend from 1 night to 3, he had 2 rooms for us to choose from. The rooms are sparkling clean, beds neatly made, clean towels and the lady in floor 6 is wonderful. Madam Janet thank you for extending a late check out for us and for your warm hospitality, Nafula Christine you are a gem at the reception with your big heart keep it up. The lady at the breakfast area, thank you for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely be back, not to forget the security guard at the reception area your warm hospitality was felt as well. Thank you all."

"It is a well located hotel in the city centre . Facilities are not bad . We were on a full board basis and after some initial inertia both the duty manager and the kitchen staff were very helpful.
