The hotels are located near the style department zone and close to exit no.2 of Guangzicun station. I stayed there on the last day of the year, December 31st, 2023, and the hotel was fully booked. However, I did not experience any uncomfortable events. The breakfast was excellent, with a proper international buffet compared to other Chinese hotels. Overall, I would return and stay on a higher floor for a good view.

The hotel is a bit old. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to something not working in the room. Room temperature is set by the hotel so it can get hot. Fridge didn’t work. They won’t deliver your food to your room. This means you need to go downstairs to pick up your our food. Bad way to provide a service at a five star hotel.

The check-in experience was great. When I checked in for the first time, they helped me upgrade my room type, registered me as a member, and gave me free breakfast. They also reminded me that when I registered as a member for the first time, four bottles of drinks in the mini bar were given for free. Although I don't usually drink drinks, this kind of thought and warmth made me feel very comfortable. It happened that the weather was bad these few days, with rain and snow in Nanjing, but every time I entered the hotel lobby, I felt extra warm, especially when I met the lobby manager who smiled very kindly and patiently helped me (I didn't even ask his name), I felt it was worth staying again next time.

First off this isn’t a five star hotel, Trip.com five diamonds rating is misleading, it’s barely four star to be perfectly fair. There are mosquitoes in the room, room temperature is unpredictable. We have asked the front desk several times to make room temperature adjustment since it’s central controlled thermostat. Most of the time it’s too warm and they save electricity at the expense of guests not having pleasant experience.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It is located near Exit 2 of Machou East Road on Metro Line 3, which makes travel very convenient. The breakfast buffet is on the first floor, and the dining environment is cozy and comfortable. The service is considerate and in place. They called me the day before check-in to understand the situation and helped me upgrade my lake view room so that I can see the lakeside running track. Unfortunately, I didn't go running around the lake this time due to time constraints. I'll have a chance next time.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, my initial impression was that the price was too cost-effective! I stayed for two days and caused a **trouble to the hotel~ Because of my carelessness, I dropped the pendant of the pearl necklace into the leaking hole of the bathroom sink... It was not the direct drain hole, but the ones on the side to prevent the water from overflowing. It fell in very technically. I went out to do things during the day. Before leaving, I went to the front desk on the sixth floor to inform the specific situation. The hotel staff added my WeChat and said ”I really can't find it” ”Okay!” In fact, I had given up because I saw so many photos and videos, and saw the maintenance master trying so hard to help me find it. I was very embarrassed! The result! ! ! Found it 🤗✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧ Special thanks to Master Hu Xiaogang and all the staff of the hotel❤️❤️❤️
