The Pinellow Dreams Hotel

We made a last-minute decision on the trip to Gaochun. The hotel was unexpectedly good. The lights reflected in the river at night were a different sight. Many guests set off beautiful fireworks at the door. The parking lot was large and convenient for parking. The whole hotel was very large. Miss Lin Xiaoling at the front desk was very considerate. After checking in, she saw that we had children with us and drove a shuttle bus to send us to the room. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, and the heating was turned on in advance. There was a small problem, there were only two pillows on the bed, which was not convenient for sitting. It's great that the hotel is pet friendly, but it's best not to have pets in the children's playroom.

The hotel is very large, with a strong sense of Hui-style architectural design, beautiful environment, large rooms, reasonable design, complete and high-quality facilities. There are welcome fruits and four bottles of purified water upon check-in. The hotel staff had a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The set meals were very filling and the dishes tasted good. The only drawback was that on the day we checked in, the restaurant did not have enough crabs that had been reserved by multiple groups of guests including ours, which caused dissatisfaction among some diners. However, the hotel staff handled the situation proactively and sincerely, and we finally tasted the crabs the next day. They were delicious and of excellent quality, and we even ordered a few more to take home. When we checked out, the hotel also gave us a box of Sunshine Rose fruit. The overall stay experience was very good.

這次專門為了村宴去的，非常有年味！房間就不用多説啦，一如既往的好，面積大，設施齊全，服務也很到位，管家隨時可以溝通。這次親子房還送了一頓正餐，本來以為量不會太多，還怕不夠，結果吃不完呢！口味也很好。

設施：外部設施高大上，但是房間內細節欠缺，水吧衹有飲料品種單一，沒有洗手液，沒有臟衣袋，沒有擦鞋布，大大的浴缸沒有一次性泡澡袋，打電話詢問前台，送了一個到房間，但需要現金付款五元。 衞生：室內室外包括庭院清潔度較高，庭院鞦韆等沒有積塵。 環境：酒店環境優美，門口有花海和池塘，池塘邊拍到落日，超美。客房是一片新式徽派建築羣，外觀很高大上。 服務：特別想吐槽一下前台服務，首先提前加了前台微信溝通更換一道晚餐套餐菜品，被告知不可以，實際晚上到餐廳時，餐廳接待人員很爽快的給換了。此外，晚上給前台打電話點一些酒水到房間，被告知餐廳下班了，無法配送，明明幾分鐘前我們散步路過宴席廳還有幾桌客人酒席未散。又問前台索要一次性浴缸袋，被告知需要自付費購買。怎麼説呢，服務配不上這硬件和環境，更配不上這房價。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，地理位置很好，停車方便，依山傍水，整個酒店就是徽派建築羣，拍照出片，酒店服務專業培訓過，熱情周到專業積極，有專車送我們到房間門口，推薦大家團建或親子活動首先！
