The hotel is very considerate and user-friendly. We were upgraded to a lake view room for free on the day of check-in. Since the room was not available and we had to wait for almost two hours, the staff upgraded it to an all-inclusive package! Although we didn't experience all the activities in the resort with our two children, we played most of them. The two kids loved the mini water park and had fun there for two consecutive days. The children also participated in the activities at U Bar in the evening! The stage staff were very good at livening up the atmosphere, and the two foreign singers who sang were also very hard-working. Tracy and Crystal's guest service was very considerate. The children didn't want to go home after playing so much, and they will go again when the weather gets warmer. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.
