1. The sound insulation of the room is extremely poor. When I was sleeping soundly in the early morning, I was woken up by the noise of the people in the next room. All the words were clearly audible, and the sound insulation effect was almost zero. 2. The service attitude is terrible. After being woken up in the early morning, I called the front desk and asked to alert the next door. As a result, the front desk asked the customer to confirm the room before calling the front desk. I was so sleepy in the middle of the night that the front desk actually asked the customer to get up and get dressed and run to the corridor to confirm which house was the noisiest, and then report it to them. It was extremely perfunctory. After many conversations, the front desk was willing to go to the scene to confirm. 3. The service staff are terrible. Before booking, I saw that there was a drop-off service. I called to inquire and confirmed three times. I was told that there was indeed a drop-off service, so I made a reservation. After arriving at the store, I was told that there was no airport drop-off service. The front desk completely denied the answer given on the phone the day before. It didn't matter in itself. After all, the hotel was close to the airport and it was cheap to take a taxi, so we kept chatting with the front desk in normal language. However, a staff member in the store suddenly spoke loudly, mixed with some Nanjing accent (or dialect), which was really irritating. 4. Other questions. The sound of renovations started in the hotel early in the morning, which was shrill and harsh. It was stated that there would be a breakfast when booking, but there was no breakfast during the actual stay. The voices of people in the corridor were clearly audible.

The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service is attentive, and the environment is very good. I will come back next time. It is highly recommended!
