好多年沒住過這麼差的酒店了
首先，進房間沒有鏈條鎖，跟前台説，前台一副很驚訝的樣子，還裝模作樣讓師傅到房間來查看，然後得出結論“這間竟然沒有鏈條鎖哎！不過你可以反鎖一下就行了” 被我要求換房間後，磨蹭半天不得不承認，整層都沒有鏈條鎖。至於是不是整樓都沒有，由於當天客房滿了，無從考證，不過合理推測如果它真的裝鏈條鎖不會單單跳過一層，所以默認沒有就對了。（後來看了眼其他住客的評論，不少也都説到沒有鏈條鎖）
其次，房間設施老化，寫着新開業，實際處處老舊：窗户關不嚴直漏風而且外面高架聲音巨大，門牆地處處磨損，桌子廁所設施簡陋。
如果衹是舊店也就罷了（但是窗户漏風不隔音不能忍），問題是除了舊它還臟，枱麪隨手拿紙一抹一層黑灰。圖5那張紙是我擦了第三遍的時候的樣子，到底多臟可想而知。洗手間放牙膏牙刷的盒子也破爛且臟，見圖1。
設施不行，服務也差，這裏不是説服務態度，服務態度其實可以，但是整個酒店的服務制度很差勁。簡單的一個延遲退房，前台一口回絕，我説你們不是華住的嗎？華住其他什麼全季桔子都是打個招呼就能延遲退房的啊。前台跟我説，不可能，規定就是不可以，除非你用華住會訂房且會員等級達標，用會員延遲退房權益才行。我全國各地華住酒店住了這麼多年這麼多店，還是第一次遇見這種規矩（其他酒店集團也沒這種事兒好吧！）。既然如此，你們也不要在平台上上線，直接用你們華住會系統訂得了。不要平台的客户也想要，自己卻要硬件硬件也沒有，基礎服務也都做不到，擱這兒既要又要。
退房的時候前台還問，住得還滿意嗎……我能説啥？前台的態度戰戰兢兢的，我也沒必要為難你一個打工人是吧。算了，整個星程我都拉黑，再也不來就行了。

住房體驗感奇差。房間一直瀰漫著一股廁所的惡臭味。空調無論怎麼調依然沒什麼用，出風口的風也衹能感受到冷意，感覺吹了一夜的冷風，羽絨服也不用脱了，就在陰冷的房間裏湊合一晚。夜裡外面一直有機器的噪音，導致睡眠極差。被子有一股煙味，蓋在身上非常難受。睡覺手腕還過敏了，很奇怪。

酒店設施完善，衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務態度好，離南京訊息工程大學近，考試很方便，大學旁邊也有地鐵。很滿意。
