The front desk has been very helpful to give me directions to sight seeing places that I wanted to go. They wrote the metro line & exit number clearly. The location is convenient as it is close to Xinjiekou metro station.

Hard to find this hotel as its not the usual hotel entrance, its like entering a office building and a small sign that says the hotel name.
Breakfast not impressive. I dont understand hotel in China. If catering to westerner why they dont supply fork, knife, spoon? Food all catered to Chinese except can order fry egg or omelet of your choice. Man chef was very courteous one morning he wasnt around a lady chef was rude.
Cant recommend this hotel have better hotels around the area except the location is good.

Hotel was located right smack in the middle of Nanjing's most popular shopping district. If you're travelling by train, I suggest you exit from exit 12 instead of 13 and walk around the place instead as exit 13 does not have any escalators while exit 12 has, which is better for people with luggages.
The service was okay, they didn't really have the BEST service during checkin, but the housekeeping lady was really nice.

The hotel, though located in a very convenient place surrounded by big shopping malls, has its ground floor lobby mixed with the commercial office occupiers. One needs to take lift to Floor 43 to check in. It is a challenge especially for first time visitor to take lift to reach the hotel room. But, overall, I had a good stay in this hotel.

Location is excellent. Lobby is on the 43rd floor and the views are spectacular from our room. Breakfast is severely lacking especially for the price. The elevator situation is terrible as the hotel shares the 4 elevators with the commercial building.
Check in was a pain if you are a foreigner using passport.
