The hotel should install a handle on the bathroom door to hang towel instead of need to walk one/two steps to the place where hang towels. I like their washing & drying machines, surrounding is clean. Front desk very nice & helpful. A trustable brand hotel.

the outer space is quite attractive ，iconic orange Show off as if take people into the wonderland of orange county in California of US，but it still express inn，tiny room as though you turn back wound tip the wall，that's bed experience.

The pillows are comfortable. Except for the poor sound insulation at the door, everything else is good. Especially the front desk service attitude is very good.

Objective evaluation: The inflated price does not match the environment. Although the hotel is advertised as being near Xinjiekou, it is hidden in an alley and is difficult to find. The room is too small, there is a smell as soon as you enter the room, and the room is stuffy. The breakfast is hard to describe. I ordered a bowl of noodles, but there was not a single intact noodle, as if it was someone else's leftovers! I could have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel at the entrance of Confucius Temple Scenic Area at a lower price. I thought Orange Hotel should be better than Four Seasons, so I did not cancel my reservation. I didn't expect it to be like this. I am really disappointed! But, to be honest, the service attitude of the young girl at the front desk was quite good!
