Advantages:
1) 15 min walking to subway station.
2) Good and hot water.
3) Fine enough WiFi.
Disadvantages:
1) Not tidy at all. Dirty toilet, floors, bathroom. Room dusty and stained.
2) No toilet paper, soap.
3) Can hear everything what's going on in neighbour room
4) Dirty suspicious towels (better to bring your own)
Okay enough place to stay for 1-2 nights, but don't expect it to be good.

This time I accompanied my son to take the exam in Nanjing and stayed at the Xinyue Hotel. It was close to the exam venue and easy to come and go. The customer service of the hotel was also good. You can also wander around. There are snack bars, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and small parks on Fengnan Street.
