The hotel is very helpful during check-in process. They even had english-speaking staff. They will not hesitate to help you when you are in need

I forgot my passport in my sister’s dormitory and I asked the hotel if is possible I give you my passport tomorrow morning and you can keep my sister’s passport till I give it to you. I also gave them my Chinese driving license and my Chinese work permit card and a copy of my passport but the lady didn’t accept it and my sister was tired so I didn’t change the hotel and I had too come back to the dormitory to pick it up then came back again.
The breakfast was terrible. There was nothing for foreign to eat and the coffee machine hasn’t worked.
And the kitchen staff were talking too loud and they have make a lot of noise with dishes.
In front of the parking lot was so dirty.
Hair dryer also hasn’t worked, they changed for 3 time and after that the forth hair dryer worked.
I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone even for free.
And I burned my money.

As always, it was convenient to check in. The front desk was very considerate and upgraded the room type for free. It was a pity that breakfast was not provided and I did not experience the hotel breakfast. The nearby gym environment is very good.

Advantages: 1. A serious four-diamond hotel with breakfast and a discounted hotel price of 28 per person. 2. There are many restaurants around and it is convenient to eat. There is also a Yinxiang farmer's market and night market food stalls. 3. It is faster to take a taxi to Niushou Shandong Gate.
Disadvantages: It is a bit far from the subway entrance to Chengxin Avenue Exit 3c. It is a 1 kilometer walk. However, there is a bus that can take 2 stops. Overall satisfied, worthy of four diamonds.

I came to Nanjing with my two children. The hotel upgraded us to a family room for free. The service attitude was also very good and the environment was great.
